MELVIN R. SHIPP. passed away on December 18, 2018.  in El Paso TX, He is survived by His beloved Mother Gertrude and his children Charles and Celina, His Grandchildren Jocelyn and Caiden.

There will be a Visitation on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at Perches Funeral Home NORTHEAST Location.  Starting at 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

P.S. will be at 12:00 pm. on the chapel of the Funeral Home. followed by Graveside at 2:30 pm on Ft. Bliss Cemetery
